Weekend Rental - Rent for 1 day get up to 3 days FREE!!

Q: Rent for 1 day get up to 3 days FREE?
A: Yes! With Bounce Houses, Combo Units, and select other pieces, you can pay for a single day but get it for the weekend (Friday - Monday). This will make it more convenient and you will not have to worry about when your inflatable is arriving and being on time. Mulit-day rentals can also be done during the week p/availablilty, typically on Tues-Thurs.
 
Q: Picking up and Returning your inflatable?
A: All pickups and returns can be done during business hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Appointments may be setup outside of these hours upon request, if those hours don't work, making it convenient if you have chosen to pickup or return the games yourself.
 

Delivery – Setup / Tear Down

Q: What is your delivery area?
A: FREE Delivery for Sioux Falls / Tea / Harrisburg is available of any inflatable rental of $599 or more. You can add deliver/setup and tear down/removal to any inflatable rental less than $599 for an additional $95. Delivery is available anywhere in SD, MN, IA, NE, and ND. Q: What is included with delivery?
A: We arrive with all accessories needed to run your event properly; then setup and inspect your inflatable for safety and cleanliness. Following is a training/safety course. When the event is over, we will arrive to disassemble and remove the unit. The renter is responsible for supplying power (electricity), unless generators have been requested.
 
Q: What time do you deliver and pick up the inflatable?
A: 
Backyard events:
We offer the pay 1 day and get upto 3 days free to allow for delivery, which will be done anytime on Friday and picked up anytime on Monday.  
 
Need a guaranteed Friday delivery time?  Choose:
1.  Guanteed delivery times are not available on Friday 
2.  Add an additional day for $30 to be delivered on Thursday
3.  Customer may pickup the inflatable Friday 9-5
 
Large events:
We generally allow 20 min per inflatables to setup.  If the inflatable is multiple peices (70 obstacle course = 2 inflatables), which would take 40 minutes. Then we add an additional 30 min to allow for extra time.  
 
Q: How long does it take to set up an inflatable?
A: On average 15 - 20 minutes per inflatable.
 
Q: Can we pick up the inflatables from your office and set the units up ourselves?
A: Yes, you may pickup from our facility M-F 9am-5pm and we will help load and unload. Other appointments may be setup outside of these house upon request.
 
Q: How do you set up and tear down an inflatable by yourself?

Q: Do we require assistance in setting up the inflatables?
A: No, when we deliver inside city limits, we will bring all necessary help to set up your inflatable(s). If we travel a long distance, we may require help depending on which inflatables. We can discuss this while we are planning your event.
 
Q: What types of surfaces can inflatables be set up on and what preparation needs to be done?
A: We need a level, uniform surface - such as grass, concrete, blacktop, wood floors, or carpet. No dirt, rock, gravel, or sand setups. Pick up any animal feces and allow at least 5 feet of clearance around the dimensions of the inflatable. Inform us whether the inflatable will be setup inside/outside and the type of surface. We will bring necessary accessories to setup such as tarps (concrete, tar, ect).
 
Q: Can I have an inflatable at a park and is there power?
A: Bounce Around Inflatables will set-up at all parks with permission. We work with the Sioux Falls Park & Recreation on a daily basis. If you plan on setting up at a Sioux Falls Park, let us know and we will take care of everything on the backside. If the park is located out of Sioux Falls, contact your town’s recreation department to get the permission. Most parks have power located where the picnic tables are. Contact us for more details on the park you are considering.
 
Q: How much electricity does each unit use? What type of power source is needed?
A: Each blower uses from 8 – 12 amps of power, some inflatables take one 20 amp circuit, while others can use 2 blowers on one standard 20 amp circuit. Our blower’s works on standard household 110V circuits- no special outlets are needed. The outlet can be a maximum of 115 feet from the inflatable. If you require a generator; we rent them for $95.00 and one will power up to 3 blowers.
 

Prices - Payment

Q: How much does an inflatable cost?
A: Our inflatables start at $99 and up. We factor in many variables when creating a proposal. Let us get a customized proposal to you right away.
 
Q: Do you offer multi unit discounts?
A: Yes; we factor in the length of time, date, availability, and location. A customized proposal will be created for you within 24 – 48 hours. Every event is unique and we try to be flexible with each individual needs. Contact us at 605.310.9529 for your proposal!
 
Q: What method of payment is accepted?
A:Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks and cash; we request you to mail a signed rental agreement with deposit check in order to reserve your inflatables. We take credit cards over the phone for deposits as well.
 
Q: Do you require a deposit to reserve an inflatable?
A: Yes, because inflatables are rented on a first come first reserved basis; we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve all inflatables. Special arrangements may be made in certain situations, ask for details.
 
Q. Unreturned Equipment?
A: Equipment is due back by 5pm on Rental End Date unless otherwise noted. A $30 late fee will be applied per item / per day until returned.
 

Insurance / Responsibilities

Q: Is Bounce Around Inflatables insured?
A: Yes; we are insured by a $1,000,000 general liability policy.
 
Q: Do we offer insurance to cover the inflatable?
A: Yes; you may cover any physical damage that may happen while you have the inflatable for an additional 5% of the package price. This does exclude silly string (NO SILLY STRING!!!) and someone purposely wrecking the inflatable.
 
Q: What happens if we damage the unit?
A: Insurance is available (read above). Customers are held liable for any and all damages to equipment other than normal wear and tear. (Examples but not limited to: Ripped seam on an inflatable due to “overloading riders”, ripped sumo’s, silly sting stains, cut from a sharp item, etc ) However the customer is not liable for damages to equipment due to previously damaged or faulty equipment.
 
Q: Who is responsible for the equipment operation?
A: Bounce Around understands every event is unique in its own way and strives accommodate to the best we can. At each event you may choose to staff it yourself (minimum 1 person per an inflatable), or in certain situations we can offer 1 staff manager to oversee the event.
 

Staffing

Q: Can you provide an operator for our inflatables?
A: Some of our games include a staff member operating it, however any other games the customer is required to provide staff for. In some circumstances we may be able to offer a staff manager on site to oversee the event. Please contact us to inquire if you need this.
 
Q: How many kids can fit on an inflatable?
A: Usually six to seven, but it depends on the size of the children and the type of inflatable they are on.
 

Weather / Rescheduling / Cancelling

Q: What if the weather does not corporate?
A: You may re-schedule your event, due to weather, up to the morning of the event. Once we have left our location, your eligibility to re-schedule will no longer be available. We will require payment in full. If you have re-scheduled, your deposit will be credited towards your next rental. Be advised that we leave as early as 5:30 am. Bounce Around always tries to watch the weather and contact you prior to your event. However, it is still your responsibility to re-schedule if you feel it is necessary. We have the right not to set up in any place or situation we feel is unsafe for use.
 
Q: What if we need to cancel / reschedule?
A: You may cancel / reschedule 48 hours prior to your event due to family emergencies, time changes, etc. There will be no penalty for this type of reschedule. If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable but is transferable. This will remain as a credit on your account for up to 2 years.
 

Cleanliness

Q: Are the inflatables clean?
A: Yes, very! We clean and sanitize each of our inflatables after every rental or when we set them up. As we clean them, we also do a thorough safety check so that each customer gets their inflatable in pristine, safe condition.
 
Q: What happens if we spill on the units?
A: We ask that customers provide garbage cans near the inflatable to prevent messes. If a spill is made, the customer must clean it up immediately using cleaning supplies, such as 409. If the inflatable is not clean at pickup we may charge additional $50 to the final invoice.
 
Q: Can we tape signs on the unit?
A: NO TAPE - No duct tape, masking tape, or tape of any kind allowed on inflatables! If game signs and ticket signs are needed (Bounce Around Inflatables does not supply these signs) they must he placed on a chair, table, box, or on a board hammered into the ground NOT ON THE INFLATABLE. Customer will be charged a cleaning fee of $50 per game if tape has been used.
