Indoor Party - Frequently Asked Questions

PLEASE NOTE: Glassware, alcohol, silly string, confetti, or glitter is not allowed in the facility.
Q: What is included with our party?
A: 2 hours in the party room, 4 inflatables (something for all ages), Fridge/Freezer, Tables/Chairs, Bluetooth speaker for music
Q: Are we able to choose our own inflatables?
A: No, we are not able to take requests for specific inflatables. However, we choose inflatables that will suitible for all ages!
Q: What time can we come to set up?
A: Arrival time can be up to 15 minutes prior to your event.
Q: Can we add additional people at the time of the party?
A: Yes you can. Additional guests over the prepaid amount are $10 each plus tax.
Q: Are adults allowed to play on the inflatables?
A: Yes! And we encourage it!
Q: Where are you located?
Q: Can we bring our own food:
A: Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own food, beverages, decor, and utensils.
Q: Can we bring alcohol?
A: No, alcohol is not permitted.
Q: What is your cancelation policy?
A: Cancellation within five calendar days of the event date, for any reason, will forfeit the deposit (25% of the total invoice), unless the Cancellation Insurance ($8.95) has been accepted by the customer, in which case, the full amount of the event is refundable.
